The lighting of fires is strictly forbidden. Pick up the garbage after you have had your picnic. If you are tempted to pick a sprig of lavender, let it be no more than a sprig.
As for melons, apricots, cherries or grapes, just go to the grocer’s of the village, or stop at the farmer’s house - you will be welcomed with a smile.
• Make sure you have everything you need for a trouble-free trip : crash helmets, breakdown kit, pump, security lock, maps • Test your gears to make sure they are in perfect working order (never use a pinion and a sprocket) • Wheel of the same size (e.g. large pinion and large sprocket-wheel.) • Test the brakes and the lights • Make sure you have drinking water and picnic provisions • Tell the renter where and when you want to be picked up
